A month or so ago, I wrote an article regarding the FCC, wireless technologies and the emergence of grid independence. One of the innovations I cite is one called xMax. I also mentioned that the “official” unveiling would take place sometime in September — however, a recent news story now states November. While I will continue giving them the benefit of the doubt, I still stand by my original thesis of innovation ultimately trumpting the FCC. Fo sho.
