		<description>I understand that here in the midwest, it is less cost effective to rapidly roll out broadband improvements.  What bothers me, is how utterly shoddy it is regardless of that.  3 Mbps just doesn&#039;t cut it.  I&#039;ll settle for 10 Mbps, understanding that this isn&#039;t New York City, but 3 Mbps?

Our problem isn&#039;t so much that it is so slow out here, it&#039;s that the ISPs steadfastly refuse to roll out fiber.  Even if I don&#039;t get 50 Mbps, that&#039;s fine.  But I need to know that you&#039;re making an effort.  Refusing to upgrade beyond the copper that&#039;s been in the ground for 40 years is unacceptable to me.</description>
