That I used a “your momma” crack and a Helen Keller joke in class today. Or the fact that my students were proficient enough in their English abilities that they laughed without the need for any explanation.

Speaking of which, I was humming the intro to Super Mario the other day in class and all of my students chimed in without missing a beat. Ah, the things that unite us!
